This summer residence is a cultural monument and belongs to the time when the nobleman used the residence for their summer rest, offering You the opportunity to relax and enjoy Your vacation in a perfect tranquillity and security. The residence is surrounded by a spendid garden and also includes a small chapel on its site.

All this is located in a newly redecorated but traditionaly constructed old summer house which will give you the opportunity to see and experience Dubrovnik's history.

This area is within easy reach of the resort centre and all facilities you may need:

10m from public parking, 20m from Bus station, 100m from mini-market and shopping centre, 800 m from harbour, 10 minutes by bus from Old Town.

But still this is a very quiet and nice place to enjoy your holidays.
