Our guesthouse is located about 9 km from the National Park of Plitvice Lakes which is in fact a miracle of the Nature with 90 waterfalls. The most beautiful parts of the Year are spring and autumn and to be here in winter is like a long walk through the Winter Wonderland.Quiet and lovely place for a break and stay over night, attractive place for people with asthma and related problems.

We offer 2 double rooms, 1 triple room and 1 quad room. Our quad room is actually an aprtment upstairs.It has two bedrooms, kitchen,livingroom with open fireplace and fantastic balcony and one Blockhouse for romantic stay in the garden.

Traveling to the Adriatic Coast by car on the road Karlovac - Plitvice Lakes, you will reach Rakovica and after only a few km you will reach Grabovac. After petrol station turn left and after 400m left again.Take the third left agter about 300m and you will see the marvellous house with blue painted first floor.
