Is an atrocious so Called "Hostel".A totally garbage and Filthy Hole!!!!
Not having a ton of money and wanting to spend most of it sightseeing, I decided to book the The Backpackers Citi Hostel after seeing it online . On the website, there was a picture of a cute Hostel and it was advertised as great. I thought, " Cool "..... Not so much. The only thing that was cool about the Hostel was the Polish receptionist girl (not remember her name). And that was because she was very helpful and understanding. I walked in to the room that looked like it had not been updated since at least 18th century . I didn't want to take my shoes off because of the discusting condition of the floor. I didn't want to use any of the bathroom facilities ( NEVER SEEN SOMETHING LIKE THIS - WAS A DRAINAGE ) and I definitely did not want to take my clothes off to sleep in the bed. As a matter of fact I slept sitting up and ended up putting a sweatshirt with a hood on just so I didn't have to touch any of the surfaces on the bed. I was awaken at about 03:00am by the sound of people " Having A Good Time" and at 04:00 I got to see first hand, some people in the hallway being, "really friendly". When I approached the front desk ( a typical <edit>- normally they are great but this one was DEFICENTE .... and some <edit> same level as the atrocious so Called "Hostel" ) about my "fun" night, they INVENT that I as guest disturbed the people " Having A Good Time" ! WHAT?!?! Do they really think that I made that up? Come on! Overall, atrocious service, atrocious rooms. This place should be condemed! Is your choise if you choose to stay in drainage.

In Irland if you complain be sure that you will be the guilty one.

the hostel crew are so friendly, so nice and so helpful when we asked them how to arrive to the main streets or principal tourist places.
the room was o.ok. the bed was conmfortably and into the room we had heating but the room was not the most clean place and our waterclose did not work well.

but all the bad things of the place was replaced with the excellent service of the people who worked there.
