good location,quiet clean rooms.
restaurant at the 3th floor serves good food but is closing at 21.00hrs.
you get also a voucher for discount entrance at several museums in Quito.
friendly staff.

Have been at Real Audiencia in Oct.08 again and in Feb/March 09.
I use also always the pick up service from and to the airport.
