The Morris Hotel is situated in a convenient location, not far from the historical sites of Luxor. Its classic décor has an abundance of fine marble vases, statues, wall drawings, columns and marble floor work.

The marble reception area has eight comfortable seating areas, where you can enjoy a coffee, soft drink or snack.

The hotel has 175 guest rooms finished to a high standard; all have air conditioning with climate control, full size bath, shower, mini bar, 21 inch TV with 10 satellite channels, a safe deposit box, telephone and balcony.

RSSThe wait staff are very friendly and so is Mohammed (who does not actually work for the hotel but can make travel arrangements for you). It was good that Mohammed was around since the front desk staff were very rude and extremely unhelpful in any way. If you need anything while staying at the Morris you must ask one of the waiters, cooks or someone like Mohammed for help. The desk staff will give you none.

Great value for money. Great service, we arrived at midnight and were greeted with welcome drinks. We had driven down from Cairo and were tired and the Manager was very quick in getting through logistics so we could sleep.
The catering staff were very good and freindly, the buffet breakfast was yummy. The chef immediately boiled eggs for us on request. Nice view of the Nile from the roof. Down side...its not on the cornish, main entrance faces a local cafe and local area.
