Rosebery Hall offers great value, secure, private rooms which are ideally located for Upper Street's pubs, clubs and restaurants, Exmouth Market's gourmet food, the London Metropolitan Archives and Saddler's Wells theatre with its amazing ballet performances.

Rosebery is just a short walk from cosmopolitan Angel and only fifteen minutes from both the City of London and the West End. There are two underground stations nearby (Angel and Farringdon) and several bus routes making all of London easily accessible. Regardless of the reason for your stay in London, Rosebery is ideally located.

Single, twin and triple private rooms are all available giving you a little more privacy than a bed in a shared dormitory. A small number of twin en-suite rooms are also available for those looking for a little more luxury. All prices include linen, towels and daily housekeeping!

Rosebery's restaurant provides a great to the start to the day with a choice of either a full English or continental breakfast for just £5. We sell our rooms on a room only basis to give you the flexibility to buy breakfast only when you need it. Rosebery also boasts a friendly and knowledgeable reception (open 8am – 9pm), TV room and coin-operated laundry.

The building is made up of two parts - the main building and the newer Myddelton wing surrounding a tranquil garden – lending an air of serenity to the hustle and bustle of London! Located above the garden is the light, airy common room - an ideal place to wind down! The residence has 24 hour access via security card and the front desk is staffed 24 hours a day.

Three mainline stations are within 15 minutes walking distance of Rosebery opening up the whole of the UK. The journey from Victoria Coach Station and St. Pancras International also couldn't be easier bringing Europe and beyond within easy reach – an ideal location for travelling!

LSE Rosebery Hall is a student residence owned and operated by the London School of Economics and Political Science. It is available to the general public on a nightly basis outside of term time. All profits go towards supporting and subsidising student accommodation.

The windows and roof of the main Rosebery building are being refurbished between October 2009 and January 2010. Whilst we will not allocate rooms directly affected by this work, there will be some noise and disruption throughout the residence during the day. No work will take place at night.
