Each bedroom also benefits from study desk, broadband internet socket, phoneline and TV socket, desklamp and ample storage space including a built in wardrobe. The rooms are clean, simple and bright.

Flats have either 3, 4 or 5 ensuite bedrooms and also a communal fully furnished lounge and fully stocked kitchen. Each flat communal area has a TV with Sky TV package included at no extra charge for quiet nights in.

Site benefits from being within walking distance of Oxford Road and all the Unis. Why not pay a visit to Manchester's famous 'Curry Mile'? We are only a short distance away. Don't want to walk into town?...There is a busstop outside the front door with buses leaving every 5 minutes to the vibrant city centre.

Relax in the knowledge on 24 hour recorded CCTV, secure fob activated access, and an onsite Reception and 24 hour security/caretaker team. We also have a launderette,and landscaped garden areas with outdoor tables and chairs for warmer days.

Car parking is available in our secure, CCTV monitored carpark for £10.00 per week.

Please note that reception has limited opening hours. There is a 24hr on site caretaker who is contactable on 0161 607 8006 should you arrive and the reception is closed.
