Me, my sister and our kids stayed at Bastille apartments, in Paris.
Nice apartment, clean, wonderful location. We only miss a TV. But, for the price, no problem at all.
Close to the metro station, markets, stores.
Near the apartment, there is a wonderful bistrot - Au Grand Voltaire. Waitress Virginie, Rukia and Sam are nice and gentle!
In front, Mac Donalds with free wireless Internet. The kids loved it!
Next year planning to go to Paris again and sure will stay in this lovely place again!

..the apartment is very nice, not big but cosy
..they give you the keys and you can do whatever you want
..good security
..near the supermarket and 2 metro stations, a 5min walk
..2 additional mattresses in the closet-
..check in was a bit hard because the lady at the hotel didn`t understand a word of english
..it was very dirty, i don`t know when was the last time somebody cleaned it
..dishes were dirty too, and nothing to clean them, so we used plastic ones
..no linen
..last 2 days we had no hot water
..on check out the cleaning lady came 1h before we had to leave and stood there looking at us while we were packing

The apartment is very conveniently located, within easy walking distance of several Metro stations.
Security was excellent, and there is a (very small) lift, which is handy if you have a lot of luggage. Bathroom was basic, but everything worked; and the same goes for the kitchen.
The only negative would be the relative lack of stuff in the kitchen - glasses, utensils, etc. If you are planning a truly self-catering visit, I would recommend that you look elsewhere - or bring along some cutlery!
