Our first impression of the place was just alright because we checked-into an apartment which was not cleaned and prepared for us. Therefore, we had to witness the housekeeping being done. On top of that, the water heater was not working very well as well. Nevertheless, the staffs were quite prompt to attend to our needs when we brought up these gliches.

The apartment itself has two bedrooms, which could easily fit 5 of us altogether - 2 single beds, one queen size bed and another double-decker single bed. The mattresses for all the single beds were too soft for my liking, but the queen size bed is not too bad. Personally, I was quite disappointed with the blankets which were provided. I found them quite dusty and old. There were plenty of cushions and pillows provided, so that was good.
The kitchen is very basic. I felt that the kettle was too small and that we had to reboil water many times just to make tea for all of us. The bathroom and toilet are separated. The bathroom is very roomy and clean. Good shower head. The one thing which I didn't like was that one half of the glass window is made of clear glass and there were not any curtains or blinds to provide any privacy. And as the bathroom faces the windows from the other apartment units, I guess you will never know if there were other people watching you while you were showering!
I thought the corridors and the lifts in building were tiny. So, it can be very difficult for those who are travelling with huge suitcases, or people who do not like the stairs.
I think the location of the apartment is pretty good. There are plenty of pharmacies, grocery stores, kebab shops and even a locksmith which was handy for us as we wanted to buy a padlock for the luggage. The kebab shops served good food and was very prompt with their service - good for late night snack. There is a french bakery just across the apartment which sells amazing butter croissant and apple crumble tart. Perfect way to start the day.
All in all, it is pretty good value for money. There were some glitches but if the management improves on them, I guess it is a pretty decent place to stay in terms of quality and value especially in a city as expensive as Paris.

Hi people!
this is a really cool idea for a place to stay if you are on a budget or have a family. its not the Ritz but it has everything you need for a great visit to Paris! there is wifi in the apartment, downstairs there is an internet cafe. across the street is a great bakery. down the street there is a Carrefour which has everything. the Metro is really close easy to travel around on.only things i didnt like is that we had to pay for sheets 9 euros and the key had to be collected from the otherside of town,
i will defo book this place again!
Cheers!
