After arriving at our place, a 6th floor with 2 lifts, you will be received by a welcoming team, ready to give you the best tips about what to do and where to go while in Lisbon!

Our 2 bed ( twin bed) rooms will give you the best of a budget Hotel with the mood of a youth hostel!

The 50m2 terrace with it's mesmerizing view over the river, the castle, the hills will be the perfect place to relax after a full day journey of walking around Lisbon! You can count with several subway stations, bus stops nearby and within a walking distance you'll be near Lisbon's main avenue Avenida da Liberdade, and Baixa.

Terrace Summer Property has an equipped kitchen, Living room - internet wireless, cable TV, DVD ), reception ( we can keep your luggage), a laundry area, several twin bed rooms, a fantástic terrace (some rooms have direct connection to the terrace),2 bathrooms with Bathtub and an individual shower.

There is a late check in fee of 30 euros when the check in is scheduled between 21.00 and 09:00.Delays concerning check in arrivals - from 21:00 to 09:00 - are not Lisbon4u's responsibility and therefore will be charged with the check-in late fee.( this fee is per Room, not per guest)
