The always-empty echoing hallways in this big building lack any kind of atmosphere. No friendly lounge exists to sit back at and meet fellow travellers, and although there's actual kitchens, their quality is decidedly subpar. All of that stands in stark contrast to the clean and absolutely lovely rooms. Staff is friendly, there's free parking, and the location, right near Potsdamer Platz, is downright excellent.
All in all, this place is a rather mixed bag.... mehr

Über 3 Little Pigs Hostel
Internetzugang 24-Stunden-Rezeption
Das ehemalige Frauenkloster aus dem 19. Jh, direkt am Potsdamer Platz, ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Deinen Berlintrip. Nach Sehenswürdigkeiten brauchst Du nicht lange zu suchen. Egal ob Brandenburger Tor oder Checkpoint Charlie, Reichstag oder Holocaust Mahnmal, man findet sie praktisch an der nächsten Ecke.
Unser Hostel hat eine optimale Anbindung ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz und Du bist im Nu überall da wo Du hin willst.
Unsere weitläufige Hofanlage mit gemütlichem Biergarten bietet einen ruhigen Rückzugsort. Hier hört man die Vögel zwitschern.
Genieß unser reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, erkunde die Berliner Restaurants und Cafés oder nutze unsere große Gemeinschaftsküche und sei Dein eigener Koch. Am Abend hast Du die Wahl zwischen dem Berliner Nachtleben wir haben alle Geheimtipps parat oder Du entspannst in unserer Lobby an der Bar, beim DVD Schauen, Kickern oder Billard. Es ist für alle was dabei!

All in all, this place is a rather mixed bag. Next time I go to Berlin, I'll look for somewhere else to stay - but I can also easily see this place being perfect for others.

Get off at the station 'Anhalter Bahnhof'. From the three exit stairs available choose the one which is on the right labelled with 'Möckernstrasse / Anhalterstrasse'. Then you are already on the street 'Stresemannstrasse', but just need to change to the other side of the street. Now you walk (passing shops like ALDI and Fressnapf) until you come to no. 66. It's not more than 5 minutes. You can't miss the Hostel - it is the red brick building. In the courtyard you will find the reception.
