The hotel was opened in May 2004. The history-old decoration of the interiors has been preserved in the building.

The hotel has 17 rooms of "suite", "junior suite" and "standard" categories. Light rooms with a floor space of 20-25 meters, high ceilings with old stucco molding, parquetry, comfortable bathrooms, satellite television, and telephone.

The hotel is equipped with the systems of partial air-conditioning, ventilation and fire fighting.

To secure safety of our guests, there is a video observation system in the halls. The accommodation costs include continental breakfast.

The settlement hour is 12 o'clock (day-time).
