MY OVERALL CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WAS 0% - this site doesn't allow me to choose less than 1 star each (turning that into 78% is a joke!)

This wasn't even a room! My family with two teenage boys (18 and 15) arrived and we're told to take the elevator to the fourth floor and then walk the last 2 flights up. That in itself was a challenge with all the luggage we had (since we were in Europe for 3 weeks).

Once we got to the room, we found it by going through the storage closet in the attic (filled with extra baby cots, blankets, garbage cans, etc). We opened the door and it was appalling!!!!

There were four small cots in the room with skylight windows. It was approx 35 degrees Celcius outside and that attic was at least 45 degrees inside. There was NO STAYING HERE. We promptly carried all our bags out and left. I would recommend the Sheraton Four Points instead. The service was outstanding and the cost for a suite for the family was only about E25 more a night. Well worth it.

I would NEVER recommend this hotel.

The only small positive was the older gentleman at the front desk was understanding of our plight but of course could offer us nothing more.
