Could use a mat/rug on the bathroom floor to prevent any slipping and falling.
Staff is nice and speak English, which is helpful. Very accommodating.
TV reception is not great. (But not really there to watch TV)
Bed is a little low. A little trouble getting out of in the morning.
A different furniture arrangement might prevent the door from opening into the table and the keep the bed from under the window. Carpet needs replaced. It's a little old and grungy.

Ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt vom Münchener Hauptbahnhof finden Sie unsere Pension mit seiner angenehmen, familiären Atmosphäre, in der Sie sich bestimmt wohl fühlen werden. Das historische Zentrum mit Marienplatz und Glockenspiel ist ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Der Englische Garten ist mit der U-Bahn innerhalb von 15 Minuten gut zu erreichen. S- und U-Bahnen in alle Richtungen bringen Sie schnell an jedes Ziel.

Unsere Pension verfügt über Einzel-, Doppel-, und Dreibettzimmer. Für Familien oder Reisegruppen bieten wir Ihnen außerdem Zustellbetten an. Alle Zimmer verfügen über einen Kabelfernsehanschluss. Einige Zimmer sind mit einem Kühlschrank ausgestattet.

A different furniture arrangement might prevent the door from opening into the table and the keep the bed from under the window. Carpet needs replaced. It's a little old and grungy. A couple pictures might help give the room a little character and are not all that expensive. That and/or paint.
Entry steps are very slippery after being mopped. Might be a good idea to dry them immediately so people don't fall.
Relatively clean, quiet considering the location. Good access to the center, train station and most touristy things.
