My only problem was the noise from the streets. It felt like to sleep in the middle of a busy highway! Unfortunately I hardly could sleep which made my 2 days flight home rather tireding. Apart from this the land lady is very kind, helpful and the place is perfectly furnished.

Car, cycle & luggage storage. Buffet breakfast included in tariff, available from early morning. Courtesy van between 6.30am to 8.45pm one way, 2nd transfer is $9.00 per room. Late night arrivals OK. City bus stop 2 mins walk, see Auckland on the $11.00 day pass. Shops & restaurants nearby.
