We are conveniently located within walking distance to Brisbane's CBD, Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, Suncorp Stadium, Gallery of Modern Art, South Bank & Roma St parklands, Caxton St entertainment precinct and The Barracks specialty shops & cinema. Brisbane's main bus and train hub, the Brisbane Transit Centre is a 5-minute walk away.

All rooms are traditionally furnished with polished floors, ensuite (private) bathrooms and air-conditioning.

Breakfast is served in our dining room or in the courtyard garden under the cover of the old frangipani tree.

Eton has six air-conditioned bedrooms. Five of the rooms have a private, directly connected shower and toilet. The deluxe queen room has a fullsize bath in addition to a private, directly connected toilet. We have rooms with king, queen and twin beds (two single beds). The attic suite is a self-catering apartment with private entrance. It has a private bathroom with toilet, a bed/sitting room with king or twin beds, a sofa, dining area and an ajoining room with kitchenette and a single bed.

All rooms have access to tea and coffee, refrigerator, laundry and iron. On the lower level are the guest living/dining room and kitchen. Breakfast is served in the dining room or adjacent courtyard garden. Wireless broadband internet is available and an internet-enabled PC is also provided on the lower level. Off-street parking is available at the back of the house. On arrival, drive down the side of the house and park the car in the back courtyard.

7. Slight right to stay on Nudgee Rd (48 m)

8. Turn right at the 2nd cross street onto Kingsford Smith Drive (2.4 km)

9. Continue onto Inner City Bypass (4.0 km)

10. Take the KELVIN GROVE Rd exit toward Enoggera (180 m)

11. Merge onto Ithaca St (110 m)

12. Slight left to stay on Ithaca St (69 m)

13. Slight left at Countess St (800 m)

14. Turn right at Upper Roma St (240 m)

15. Slight left to stay on Upper Roma St and continue until you reach the destination.
