Can be rented daily, weekly or monthly. This is a very beautiful and well landscaped villa. Very quiet and close to everything. 24 hour security. All bedrooms are en-suite and air conditioned. Meals can be provided at an extra charge. Local transportation is available, Breakfast is included in daily rentals. Can pick up from airport with prior request and booking.

Children and pets are welcome Wi-Fi in all areas. There is a famly area, a BBQ area, a gazebo in the garden, a truly tropical feeling. A beautiful getaway for a day, week or month. W-e have 3 bedrooms to rent out either by the day week or month. Easy access to all points in Phnom Penh. Shopping close by and various markets are here for your convenience.

There are 3 bedrooms available all with air-conditioning, en suite and built in cupboards and kingsize beds. There is a no smoking policy throughout the villa. Smokers can smoke outdoors or on balconies. Fully furnished with all linen and towels provided. The en suite has both shower and bath tub.

From the airport take hwy 4 toward the city, turn right on Street 271 head south till you come to street 488, turn left one block there will be a round about go over round about and continue on a 1/3 of a mile look for broown round sign on right and the royal internet shop next to it the red gate to our property. Voila you have arrived!
