We booked a matrimonial (double bed) deluxe en-suite. We were given a room with a bunk bed and a single. It was filthy, falling apart, the mattresses were moldy and so was the bathroom. The roof is made of corrugated iron and banged and crashed all night. They expected us to pay 44 USD a night upfront (although they advertise 18USD per night in the hostel). We originally had booked (and put down a deposit) for 5 nights, but we left after one night.

All in all there are way better places to stay for better prices in better locations.

I would give this place less than zero if I could!.

For starters, they lost our room at our arrival at 8am. and failed to find a replacement until 1am.

In that time they offered us a double instead of the triple private we reserved. and on top of that, it had bed bugs crawling all over the place, including stains on the walls of ones people had killed before.

taps didnt work in the bathroom, ands they were rude when we complained.

we decided to leave and find another place, anbd they refused to give us a full refund despite not even giving us our room that we paid for.

we were so appauled that we left without all our money just to escape the place.
they were also very rude and threatening once we decided we no longer wanted to stay there and asked for our money back due to their poor service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
