This boutique resort provides you with great comfort with 12 immpeccably clean, spacious, air conditioned double/twin rooms, en-suite facilities, running hot & cold water, cable TV, tea/coffee maker, toaster, refrigerators, ceiling fans, emergency power backup and attached private sea facing terraces and balconies. The rooms are well furnished & very spacious. In addition, the highest levels of hygiene are maintained at all times.

Our rooms are classified as DELUXE ,PREMIUM OR STANDARD . However,since this booking engine does not support the classification of rooms in this formatt, we have listed the rooms as follows so that our guests have a choice and can book the room which suits them the most.

Deluxe - Listed as Double Bed Private Premium - Listed as Twin Bed Private Standard - Listed as Dorm.

All the above rooms are doublebed rooms with ensuite facilitis. The deluxe are the best rooms. Please note here that the Mixed Dorm ( Standard Room ) needs to be booked for a minimum of two persons.

The Resort has its own Swimmingpool,Sauna Bath, Steam Bath, Massage Room,Pool Table, Indoor Games, Basket Ball Court , Sit Outs Etc.

We serve the choicest Indian and European Food. JAIPUR PALACE is a traditional Indian sit-down restaurant and serves food from the best Indian kitchens in the country in the most traditionl way. CAPTIN'S CABIN is a multi cuisine restaurant with attached Bar. Apart from the published menu, we take pride in creating food to the personal choice of our guests.

Your Host Vivek is a professional hotelier with 18 years of experience behind him. After passing his hotel management, Vivek has worked in various senior positions for some of the best known hotels in India and abroad. Vivek owns this property and personally manages the resort. 2..It is a common buisness paractice in Goa to confirm all bookings against payment in advance.This Booking Engine charges only a 10% deposit by default.Once you have secured your reseravtion by making the 10% deposit,the balance 90% will also be charged to your card towards the confirmation of your booking.We will inform you through e-mail once the transaction is completed.
3. During the tourist season, we do not accept cancelations. There are certain cancelation policies.Please ask the property for the same
4. Please do not book rooms for less than 10 nights during the Christmas / Newyears period. We will not accept any bookings for less than 10 nights during this period, even though you may recieve a confirmation from this booking engine.
