a) More than 15 days before the date of stay - no charge

b) 7 - 15 days from the date of stay - 25% of 1 night amount charged

c) 3 - 7 days from the date of stay - 50 % of 1 night amount charged

d) within 3 days of s=date of stay - 75 % of 1 night amount charged
