Can Mocamp, Kas, Türkei

Can Mocamp was found in 1985. It was closed between 2008-2011 because of the Marina construction where is just across of the establishment. In 2011 the mocamp was restorated by the volunteers from all over the world (mainy by Couchsurfing people). And ıt is still run by volunteers (mainly by HelpX people). There are 7 bungalows for 2 persons, 3 stone rooms and places for tents. Wooden platform is also available for outdoor sleepers. There is no crowded dorm. it is only 50 m away from the public beach. In spite of being in the center of the town, it gives a very natural peaceful world under olive trees. There is a restaurant & Bar .. with cheap prices for hostelworld people (paying high rate lower than daily visitors). Manager of the mocamp, Can is vegeterian and giving effort to make the vegeterians happy. Activities of Can Mocamp:Scuba diving course (CMAS, PADI) or just DSD (discover scuba diving), Can Mocamp is in association with 5 Star diving resort. Yoga sessions in 2 days a week. Jam sessions in the bar where there is live music (bring your instruments) Open air video shows (Turkish, world cinema)Kitchen workshop in order to introduce Turkish kitchen and sharing new recipes on vegeterian dish.
