Our place is in a loft-style with a beautiful hanging garden situated in the very heart of Catania, in piazza Vincenzo Lanza n. 14, a few steps from viale XX Settembre and via Etnea, very close to Giardino Bellini and the central shopping and pubs area.
Given this, it is easy to avoid the busy traffic on the streets and discover the city on foot, reaching the beautiful and important historic centre, stopping on the way at pleasant pavement cafes to watch the passers by or entering such cafes to pick through the daily papers. We allow ourselves the title “Quality B+B” because we are able to offer spacious, light rooms well furnished and very comfortable, as is the bathroom.
We live to spoil all our guests, not just because good treatment is the Sicilian way, but also because we like our guests to visit us again at a later date. Our policy also allows us to give discounts to young people and guests who stay for a week. Furthermore, for those of you who want to stay longer, Sunday is free. Finally we are available to accomodate all your travel arrangements and day-to-day necessities.

Our stay was marvelous. The owner and his wife were extremely nice and helpful. If you want to experience the local culture of Catania and enjoy Sicily and all its beauties I definitely recommend Sir Tanus to you. The owner will tell you about places which are worth seeing, restaurants which are worth visiting and dishes which are worth tasting in the whole Sicily. On top of that, the flat is splendidly furnished and full of amazing art works. It is also only a 5 minutes walk to the main avenue of Catania, Via Etnea. Finally, you can cherish a beautiful view on Etna from the roof garden while breakfasting homemade jams in the morning or when drinking a bottle of wine in the evening.

Beautiful room, in a centrally located place in Catania. Very clean, spacious and quiet place. The owners offer you a warm Sicilian welcome. Breakfast with delicious home made marmalade and a unique view of the Etna.
