Newly Studios and apartments completely restructured in February 2005, located ONLY 1 block away from Hotel Alamanni, 400 mt from Santa Maria Novella station, 200 mt from Fortress Da Basso and 250 mt from the Conference Centre, within walking distance from the Duomo and from most important and popular Museums and Monuments.
Check-in (AFTER 3pm) and check-out (BEFORE 10am) MUST be made at the Alamanni Hotel reception (via Luigi Alamanni (35 black) second Floor).
at the time of check-in is requested to settle your total amount of stay and to leave as deposit one valid document as Passport, (ONLY for EU Citiziens is aceptable national ID or driving license, any NON EU Citiziens MUST leave Passport),
Our Studios and Apartments are equipped with kitchenette with basic furnitures, bread toaster, refrigerator, Tea/Coffee machine, Centralized Air conditioning or Heating w/self control panel, TV colour, private bathroom w/shower and hair-dryer, self catering ONLY. IN ALL STUDIOS AND APARTMENTS TELEPHONE AND INTERNET IS NOT AVAILABLE.
Availability for one-bedroom Studio's from 1 up to 6 pax occupancy, with double Sofa bed and single beds, depending of your party size you'll accommodate to a studio with number of beds depending of number of persons stated on booking confirmation. Availability also for Apartments with 1 or 2 bed rooms plus living room and full kitchen.
Rates includes bed and bath linen furniture, water and electrical consumptions, final cleaning, one time weekly linen change is provided ONLY for at least 5 nights stay.
Breakfast if required, can be taken at the Hotel Alamanni from 7.30 till 11am, extra charge of 10.00 EUR per person unlimited consumptions.
Car parking in the garage for only 25 euro per day, the garage is below the Hotel Alamanni, ONLY with reservation we can assure the car space, contact directly our property or just write your wish in the note box.
Cancellation is accepted free of charge until 3 days (72 hours) days prior arrival date; penalty for late cancellation or NO-SHOW is 100% of booking total amount..

From the railway station of Santa Maria Novella:
take the station's right hand exit and turn right down stairs, keep walking on pedstrian street next the station's wall for 100 metres, after findomestic shop we are. From Pisa airport - G. Galilei:
motorway A11, exit Firenze Nord and follow street signs 'Firenze centro' and 'Firenze Stazione'. The hotel is 100 mt from the railway station. If you are driving to Florence by a rented car, we suggest you to give the car back to the car renter and sightsee Florence walking.
