Oak112 is the newest, hippest and only boutique guesthouse located in the heart of downtown Chicago. We have transformed a classic Chicago Row-Home into a stylish Urban Rest-Stop where you can relax, play, eat, connect, drink, and dream. All of our rooms are brand new, many with en-suite baths, and all with our luxury private- label bedding. Our common room is so perfect and comfortable that you may never want to leave.

Oak112 is firmly rooted in the historic Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago. You can walk to Oak Street, Michigan Avenue, the Magnificent Mile, Navy Pier, Millennium Park and the Willis Tower. Right outside our doors there are countless stores, cafes, beaches, theaters, art galleries, restaurants and nightclubs.

We are 2 blocks from the Chicago Transit Authority RED LINE, which will take you to and from the airports, bus station and Amtrak Station.

We are native Chicagoans who know and love our City and enjoy sharing our knowledge with our guests. We aim to deliver international style and service, but still treat you with our famous Midwestern friendliness.

In-fact, we believe that you will love Oak112 so much, that we will pay for your airport transportation to our property via the Chicago Transit Authority bus or train. You can call it our airport shuttle of sorts, but we just call it another way to provide luxury accommodations while leaving money in your pocket to enjoy our city.
