Before I get started I think I'd better warn that the directions say 500m from the metro station, its actually more like 1 - 1.5km. We had a very unfortunate stay - mainly because we didn't stay at the B&B! When we arrived we were told that there was some kind of leak (I suspect an overbooking...) and therefore we had to stay at the owners sisters hotel.

We are located at the first floor of an ancient building in Via Domenico Morelli.The Antiquarian s'street is at centre of a fascinating side of the city,with the acient 2 Castel dell'Ovo,the sea-front,the Vesuvio and the famous Piazza del Plebiscito.

Morelli 49 B&B is far a step from the most famous theatres of city, restaurant, the coolest places and shops where you can find the most important names of the fashion.

Our place has been restructured with rationalityband confort criterions,but respecting the style of the building.The rooms,with self-climatization,are floored with 'Florentian cotto' ,coloured with 'majolica of Vietri',furnished with artigianal fornitures and pinch of 'Glamour' given by young owner.The atmosphere,than,is nicely cordial and informal.

Before I get started I think I'd better warn that the directions say 500m from the metro station, its actually more like 1 - 1.5km. We had a very unfortunate stay - mainly because we didn't stay at the B&B! When we arrived we were told that there was some kind of leak (I suspect an overbooking...) and therefore we had to stay at the owners sisters hotel. The 'hotel' was on the 3rd floor of a grubby stairwell, and although the hallway was nice, the room was a dark cave, it had one small circular window. Most the lights were broken, the shower fixing was broken etc. but on the positive side it was very clean. The B&B owner rushed away so only managed to get basic info from him, was told we would pay his sister in the morning. Went out for the day and on return we found out that our room was above 3 loud nightclubs which wasn't ideal for us (hence the low location rating). We also found out via a note that the sister wanted us to leave money on the bed - didn't have the right change so left most the money and asked them to contact me for the rest (not done so far). Asked to have breakfast at a place round the corner, which was nice but we were rationed to one croissant and one coffee. On the whole it wasn't quite what we were expecting and I'm sure it would have been a lot better if we'd actually stayed at Morrelli, but then we can only review what we experienced.
