We booked with Giovy, but when we arrived were put into her sister's B&B. This is in the same building so it wasn't a problem, though it did seem a little cheeky when we'd booked based on reviews for a different B&B.
The room was nice and clean with a good bathroom, and all of the staff (other family members) were very friendly. Breakfast was good, too.
It's really close to the station, which is a big plus when you have lots of bags.
A good base to explore Rome.

It was lovely and affordadable. The room had everything one needed. Breakfast was great - especially the cuppacinos! Giovanna, the owner, was great! Friendly, interested and helpful. The B&B is also close to the Termni station, so travelling anywhere was very easy.

This place is fabulous because Giovanna, the proprietress, will do everything to make sure your stay in Roma is as happy as possible. It is also really close to the train station and the city-sightseeing bus tour. We will definitely go back to Roma, and when we do, we will definitely stay at B&B Giovy. Thanks Giovanna. I would reccommend B&B Giovy to everyone! Giovanna, your host, is warm and friendly, treating her guests like family. The included breakfast was plentiful and the room facilities excellent. Giovy is located very close to Termini Station making it an ideal place to stay to discover Rome. I will absolutely be staying at Giovy next time I visit Rome (hopefully not too long from now!).

B&B Giovy was conveniently located near Roma Termini, easy to access on foot with luggage, with clear directions from the owner. The rooms were clean and tidy. The owner was really friendly and welcoming. The facilities were basic, but adequate. Very generous, good value breakfast.
Holder is a kindly woman, this hotel is very clean and comfortable.
Have very plentiful breakfast.
