The Magnolias apartment is a comfortable bedsit inside a quiet apartment building in a delightful, leafy area.

Even though the apartment building is only 3 km from the Vatican, the area is protected by the WWF.

The apartment is in the middle of two well-known districts of Rome (Balduina and Aurelio) from which is very easy to reach the historical centre of the city - in fact the Vatican is only two tube stops away.

The bedsit is on two floors, with an entrance on the ground floor and windows on the second floor. The accommodation consists of a spacious double bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom and a large balcony overlooking the tennis court. There is central heating throughout.

The bedroom can sleep between 2 and 4, as there is a double bed and another double sofa bed. Doors lead onto the balcony making the room wonderfully light and airy.

There is also a colour TV and an air conditioning unit.

The kitchen is completely furnished for maximum comfort. It has a double washbasin, a gas hob with electric oven, a washing machine, a spacious refrigerator with freezer. Dishes, glasses, saucepans and cutlery are included.

Bathroom is furnished with a shower bath and every necessary accessory including a hair dryer. Towels are included.

The large balcony is a very attractive feature of the apartment. It spans the length of the bed sit and offers a comfortable place to eat outside in the Italian sunshine. Table, chairs and sunscreens are provided.

The balcony is very peaceful and surrounded by plants.

The tennis court is available for use at any time.

There is olso a extra sofa-beds for 2 children or 2 adults in the some large rooms for only extra cost € 30 per night.
