A very easy walk from either Termini Train Station, or the Repubblica Metro stop, and close enough to via Nazionale for good bus routes as well.
The B&B is on the 5th floor of the building, but there is a lift (max. two people).
Extremely good value for money (is was approx. 50 euros for our ensuite double room, which included a light breakfast).
The room was clean and well furnished - don't expect anything fancy - but certainly very comfortable.

In the heart of Rome, just opposite the prestigious Opera Theatre and the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. Jeth House is also located near to the most important monuments such as Colosseum (10 minutes' walking distance), the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona.
In the area you will be able to find pizzerie, cinema, theatres, restaurants, shops.
Jeth House is located near to the main transportation hub of Rome, Termini Central Railway station (5 minutes' walking distance).
Please note that the double can be changed to a triple and the triple can be changed to a quadruple, extra charge Euro 20, to be paid on arrival. This service is on request.

The owners were very nice, and had good English to compensate for my faulting Italian.

Very central, you can visit all main attractions by foot. Lots of nice restaurants just round the corner. And you do not need taxi to get there as property is really just 5 minutes walk from Termini.
Will definitely stay again!

An excellent base for our week in rome. The position is excellent....my girlfriend and I didn't use a single bus, tram or taxi - we walked everywhere....the Colosseum and the Forum are 10 minutes away on foot and even St Peters is reachable in a scenic 45 minute walk.
The people who run the guesthouse are very friendly and will usually be accompanied by a charming little girl when serving your breakfast on a morning.
The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I would highly recommend Jeth House to anyone planning a trip to the eternal city. Check out the Druids Rock Irish bar on the corner if you fancy a nightcap.

The poistion of the property is perfect, it is literally 10min away from Trevi fountain, spanish steps and the Colosseum. And the fact that it is so close to Termini station really helps. You might walk past the hotel, so pay attention to the numbers on the street, because its not very well advertised from outside the building. It was the perfect place to stay; clean and comfortable.
