In our apartment can sleep between 1 and 5 people and is located in the heart of Venice close to the Campiello dei Sansoni.

The apartment consist of an entrance-living room (in case with 2 single beds), living room, a kitchen complete with all cooking utensils, a bedroom (with a choice of double-bed; or double and 1 or 2 single bed or 3/4 separate beds.) and a bathroom with a bath and hairdryer. During the summer months the apartment is supplied with air conditioning.

The apartment comes completely supplied with food for breakfast of the first day, all bathroom and bedroom linen,(bed sheets, pillows, blankets/quilts, and towels.)

Secondary services available upon request during your stay include:

-Cleaning service during the stay at request

- Babysitter;

Is possible booking the stay only from saturday to saturday

Check in only from saturday , after 4 p.m and with agree with a owner for a delivering of kees

For arriving not on saturday , after 8 p.m , or to agree with a owner for a delivering of kees

Extra: Air conditionning only at request € 50 weekley, € 10 daily

- The use of kitchen will be charged wit extra of € 40 ( at departure the kitchenware and stove range and sink must be washed otherwise will be charged € 50 from damage deposit)

Damage deposit € 150 ,to refund at the finish of a stay:
-The flat must be left tidy, free from refuse with and the refrigerator empty, with the way you found it when you arrived, otherwise will be charged € 50 from a damage deposit
