theflemish Don't stay there if Man U plays at home because you dont gone sleep a lot. Nice spot in the middle of shopping manchester.
Scott M The staff at the hotel were increibely friendly and helpful, for example they were able to give me and my friend bus information for the surrounding area and booked us the cheapest taxi firm in town to get back the airport after our stay. The facilities there are a little out dated, but nothing major. Having to share bathroom facilities may be a bit of downer for some people though. For the price though it's an excellent place to stay as it's a 5 minute bus journey to City Centre and located near the Curry Mile, which is a bonus if you like Takeaways!
excalibur Definitely a great value for money for travellers looking for an excellent budget accommodation in the heart of Manchester city!
libby.ruth A lot of renovation is going on, and the standard of work leaves a lot to be desired. The taps in the bathroom came off in my hand.

taylors1 We are a family of five adults that was travelling around the Uk. After a few B & B's we trekked into manchester to spend a few days. We were very happy with the level of service and the quality of the Hotel overall. friendly staff and well appointed rooms. very good value. They had obviously put a big effort in with the Christmas decorations and the bar / lounge area looked a treat. Overall we were very happy with the Willowbank and it went towards making our stay in Manchester very enjoyable.
