Alojamiento de estilo moderno y encantador en una propiedad recientemente renovada en Las Ramblas, la mejor area del Barrio Gotico de Barcelona.
Este es uno de los lugares mas excitantes de Barcelona, con balcones y excelentes vistas sobre Las Ramblas. A solo 1 minuto caminando de la estatua de Colon, el mar, el puerto náutico, el asombroso Mercat de la Boqueria, la Catedral y el claustro Gotico, y el Barrio Gotico. Tambien esta a un minuto de la Plaza Reial, la Opera Liceu, y enfrente del Palau Guell, el palacio espectacular construido por el famoso arquitecto catalán Antonio Gaudi.
Dispone de una cocina totalmente equipada para preparar sus comidas y de un espacioso salon con dos balcones y vistas hacia Las Ramblas.
El precio incluye el 7% de IVA, sabanas y un set de dos toallas por persona el día de su llegada,
La Habitacion Doble Privada es una habitacion comfortable que ha sido renovada recientemente con una cama de matrimonio, balcon privado con excelentes vistas, una pequena area de salon y armario privado, y acceso a una cocina totalmente equipada para preparar sus comidas, un salon con vistas y 2 banos.
La habitacion de 2 camas privadas es una habitacion con dos camas individuales y dos balcones con vistas magníficas a Las Ramblas.
Un apartamento tiene una habitacion doble para dos personas con cama de matrimonio, cocina completamente equipada privada, salon privado, y un baño privado y alguno de los apartamentos tiene terraza privada con vistas a Las Ramblas. En salón tiene un sofá cama para 2 huespedes si se solicita con antelación.
También disponemos de otro apartamento en el piso cuarto y tercero con 3 habitaciones con aire acondicionado, 3 baños y cocina totalmente equipada, y otro apartamento en el piso cuarto, con aire acondicionado, de 3 habitaciones, con vistas preciosas a las Ramblas, 1 baño y 1 cocina privada completamente equipada.
El precio del apartamento incluye el 7% de IVA, sábanas, y un set de 2 toallas por persona en la llegada.
La limpieza del apartamento privado el día de la salida no está incluida, y tiene un coste adicional de 30 EUR, que se pagará en la llegada.
No se aceptan grupos de amigos que vienen para despedidas de soltero, y tiene orientacion familiar. No está permitido traer animales ni fumar dentro del alojamiento.
Por favor contacte con nosotros por email o por telefono antes de su dis de check in para informarnos de su hora de llegada y el nombre del aeropuerto. Hay un coste extra de 15 euros para llegadas al apartamento después de las 23.00 horas de la noche.

The earliest you can call is from 10.00 am.
We also need your mobile number to contact you in case there is any delay on your arrival so that we can contact you sending a free text message.
The earliest you can check in is 10.00 am and the latest you can check in is at 2.00 am. Once you check in you will have your own keys to come in and out 24 hours. There is no curfew.
There is an extra fee of 15 euros for late night arrivals after 23.00 to the apartment.
If you book the entire apartment the cleaning and check in are not included and has a cost of 30 EUR to be paid once upon arrival.
Cancelation must be done 72 hours prior to your arrival.
You can pay with credit or debit card with 2% commission to the total balance.
Note: 2 nights minimum stay.

Please, contact us by email or telephone before your check-in day to inform about your arrival time and name of the airport.
There is an extra fee of 15 euros for late night arrivals after 23.00 to the apartment. If you book an apartment there is a fee of 30 EUR for the cleaning upon departure to be paid upon arrival before we give you the keys.
By taxi from BCN airport:
Taxis from the airport to Barcelona city centre take about 30 minutes depending on traffic and cost about EUR 20 to 25, including a supplement for each large piece of luggage placed in the car boot.
By train from BCN airport:
To catch the airport train into the city, just walk out and cross the long overhead bridge (with moving walkway) between Terminals A and B. Trains run every half hour and the journey only takes 20 minutes. Half the price of the bus, just EUR 1.7. Stop on the Sants
Estació, Barcelona's Central station, take the metro, green line, and after some stations you need to stop at DRASSANES. Walk up Las Ramblas for about one minute or two, oposit direction to the sea side, and when you are in the Plaza del Teatre, with a big statue to the right side. We are at las ramblas, please make ring the buzzer to RAMBLAS APARTMENT.
By bus from BCN airport:
There is a shuttle bus service that stops outside each terminal and goes to central Plaça Catalunya every 15 minutes. The 'Aerobus' is the most comfortable and easy way to travel between the city centre and the airport. A single ticket costs EUR 3.5. Stop in Catalunya and take the taxi (around 3.5 euros for two).
From GRO airport:
If you are flying with Ryanair, then you will be arriving to this airport, located 100 km away from Barcelona. Don't take a taxi, it will cost youa round EUR 150. Take the Barcelona Bus provided by Ryanair after each arrival. It will take you around 1 hour and 20 minutes to arrive to Passeig Sant Joan street. Then we recommend you to take a taxi from here to the apartment with the aproximate cost of EUR 3.50 to 4.50 depending on traffic congestion.
