Melon District es un nuevo concepto de alojamiento par jóvenes turistas y estudiantes en Barcelona, situado en la céntrica avenida Paralelo, a tan solo 10 minutos andando de Las Ramblas. Melon District ofrece habitaciones dobles y twins para estancias diarias, con baño privado, un cooking lounge compartido para cocinar, relacionarse y relajarse así como un refreshing lounge en la terraza donde podrán disfrutar de una piscina y un solarium durante el periodo estival. El ambiente multicultural del lugar se vive a través de los estudiantes internacionales quienes se alojan en Melon District para periodos más largos.

Condiciones

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the day of arrival will not be subject to any fees.

Cancellations made less than 24hours before the day of arrival will be subject to the payment of the first overnight stay.

In case of a No Show, the first night will be chargeable at the No Show rate, with the remainder of the booking being automatically cancelled.

As stated above, during our high season, the residence will have the right to ask for the payment of the total stay in order to guarantee a reservation. In that case, if the cancellation is made less than 7 days before the arrival date, the client will have to pay the total amount of his stay.

A credit card guarantee is required upon arrival. In the event that the client does not have a credit card, said client must pay their total stay in cash during check-in.
