I stayed here for one night because a friend booked in here. The people who run the place are very nice, but I do not recommend that you stay here unless you want to be very far from the city center and packed into a tiny room with seven others. You can find a better hostel in the city for the same price.

I really enjoyed staying here - it was relaxing, clean and breakfast and dinner were provided. If money value and the things listed above matter to you most, I would recommend this place... but it is a long way out from the city centre and a bit hard to find, so be prepared for a trek.

I stayed at Paris Namdemun for two nights with a friend of mine, and it was an exiting experience. When we arrived, we met the owner, a woman who spoke neither French nor English, which made it a bit complicated to communicate. Later, though, that problem was solved.
We were really taken care of at Namdemun. Breakfast and dinner is included in the price. Lots of rice and soup, Korean food. The guesthouse is small, so it was a friendly atmosphere were we ate together with all the other guests.
The biggest issue is the location. It is a 10 minute walk from the Villejuif Louis Aragon station, which is far away from the city centre of Paris. So it is not really central. But the area is calm and silent, so if you feel that you need to relax after a hard day's walking in Paris, this is a good choice.

Like the name "guesthouse" suggests, it really is a guestHOUSE. Owners were very friendly. Breakfast AND dinner is provided free, and the meals (Korean food) were simply...SUPERB!!! Imagine heartwarming, hot, homecooked soup, rice and dishes on a cold wintry Parisien night. The best part was, of course, the people. I really liked my fellow travellers. We talked about our travel / study / life experiences over steaming meals. It's great, though it's not as near central Paris as would be ideal. It's a 15 minute walk from the nearest Metro station, Villejuif Louis Aragon. Still, it's good exercise and it's a quiet residential neighbourhood so no worries about being woken up in the middle of the night. I would highly recommend this place!
