Since I have stayed in and enjoyed another Sunshine Hotel in Hanoi (the Gia Thinh) I assumed it would be ok to spend 1 night in a sister hotel, the Classic I. How wrong I was. My room was a disaster: a broken window, a broken toilet, and old TV, an old fridge, a bathtub without a plug, no electronic safe, an aging computer that could not be connected to the internet, etc., and they actually wanted $30. for this disaster.

When I demanded a refund and was refused, I ended my relationship with Sunshine Hotels.
