It has a cozy environment, attractive, unique and safe for all kind of travelers. It is located in the center of Puerto Natales, the most cosmopolitan and picturesque city in Chile, where cultural richness and customs keep intact.
Yaganhouse is not just a place to spend the night but to experience a moment of unforgetable tranquility as well. To reach this, we have new comfortable beds, new mattresses as well as sheets and cover beds made of high quality materials, clean and confortable rooms. We run a travel agency where we provide all the information you need to know; the bus ticket to go to Torres del Paine, Calafate, Ushuaia, Punta Arenas, tours, excursions and more. The property has been built using highly natural materials, native, such as walls made of straight-grained wood and isolating materials, central heating, solar panels (first system in Puerto Natales), low energy consumption, recycling system. We are constantly promoting alternative energy systems (natural air ventilation, heating, sunlight), considering its natural benefits, we have the green stamp quality and ecological rules for human being´s benefits and environment. Likewise, we offer tranquility for all the passengers of the property, since Yaganhouse complies the environmental regulations of security, being transparent regarding the amenities we offer, providing a high quality service which guarantees, among the wide offer on different properties on the market, based on clear and objective parameters.

RSSEsta es una crítica confiable. ¿Por qué?
Rooms take sparseness to an extreme, but service is friendly (if at times trying a bit hard to sell you tours / transport / whatever else you might need), breakfast great (and caters to people leaving early for the W), and the overall atmosphere very warm. The luxurious looking shower was a bit of a disappointment in that none of the luxurious options on it actually worked (and the drain was clogged as well), but you can't have everything, and the free luggage storage was much more important.

Yagan is the best hostel in which we have been in South America, no doubt, thanks for everything!
Wonderful hostel! Really friendly staff, they gave us great information on Torres, organised tickets and hired excellent equipment to us with no dramas. Comfy beds, great breakfast and good location!
The BEST hostel I have stayed in Sth America to date. Cosy with only 10 dorm beds. Very clean and homey. Located only a few minswalk from the main shopping street. Comfy beds ideal for a sleep post hike.
A little expensive, but it is well worth it! this was my favorite hostel of south america. so rediculously clean and sunny and spacious. it¥s a wonderful place to rest your weary bones after torres del paine. where else do you get a placesetting for brekkie and made freshly scrambled eggs!? I want to live here for the rest of my life. breakfast is amazing! and the couple who own it are wonderful!
Yaganhouse is almost too good to be true! Great location, clean and secure. Friendly and helpful staff. Modern, but really cosy design of the common area and of the rooms. Fully equipped kitchen, where the guests can cook whatever they like. Great value for the money.
Yagan house is a very friendly, inviting place. It was slightly cold, but then I was there at the end of winter.
Paulina and Cristobal were always friendly and helpful. They were happy to arrange trips and even checked in two of the guests onto Navimag and brought all our gear down to the check in area.
Breakfast was very good.
