Anna Rosa's B&B offers luminous, ample and perfectly clean rooms, all equipped with TV, heating and air conditioning. Each room has its own fully equipped, private en-suite bathroom. The comfort of the rooms and B&B services guarantee maximum privacy, in a warm, kind and pleasant atmosphere.

The kitchen is large and nicely furnished and is available to the guests. It is also a very good meeting point, if you wish to have a talk or conversations about Rome and places to discover in such a wonderful city.

The location of the B&B is Formidable. In fact the Esquilino hill, the most extended of the Roman Hills, allows you to visit splendid basilicas (like Santa Maria Maggiore, the most important church dedicated to Mary) and archaeological sites of extraordinary importance dipped in green (like the Nero's Domus Aurea, from where it is possible to admire the Coliseum from a high point of view).

In the area you can find every type of facilities. To begin with, the Theatre 'Ambra Jovinelli' just renewed in Liberty style and the most modern cinemas, to finish, the classic Roman Trattorias and Pizzerias and restaurants, the Chinese restaurants and the ethnic ones. The vicinity of the underground in the nice Vittorio Emanuele II square (220 meters) allows you to get to every part of the city centre in a few minutes.

The quality of the services, the location and the reasonable rates will finally allow you to see and enjoy Rome as if it were your town.

On request, it is possible to add extra bed to the double rooms to make them triple. Extra charge 20 Euro, to be paid on arrival.
