Il burlamacco welcome his guest in the heart of Viareggio: 400 meters from the beach, the sea and the promenade (one of the most beautiful of Europe), 200 meters from the green pinewood and 50 meters from shopping centre, the rail station is only 500 meters far.

Viareggio is an ideal place to have a sea-holiday but also to visit many interesting place in Tuscany, such as Lucca (20 km), Pisa (18 km), Florence (80 km), Cinque Terre (60 km), Pietrasanta (10 km), Apuan Alps (15 km).

During January/February it takes place the famous Carnevale di Viareggio, that every year enjoys everybody with its colors, music, lights and happiness, all along the promenade (reachable by foot).

Highway A12 Genova-livorno, exit VIAREGGIO; after paying Your toll, follow direction VIAREGGIO NORD and exit VIAREGGIO NORD-Q.re MARCO POLO. At stop sign, turn right in Via Marco Polo and always go straight on till the 3rd traffic light: here turn left on the promenade. Always continue straight on until the 2nd traffic light (You will see a big square called PIAZZA MAZZINI): turn left in Via Mazzini and always go straight on until the 7th crossroad - here turn right in VIA VENETO. Continue straight on until the 7th crossroad with Via Cavallotti: we are on Your left hand side at nr. 98, first floor -please ring the bell!-
