- Our objective is to give the customer a relaxing stay in a welcoming atmosphere.
-A perfect location for sigtseeing around the city by foot, as the hostel is central to all main attractions Budapest has to offer. This hostel is situated in a quiet residential block and is no more than a 10 minute walk to most of these places, such as the Royal Palace, Parliament, Buda castle, Andrassy Street and Hero's square. Also, we are located just 1 minutes from the main pedestrian street (Vaci str)and Deak square where it is possible to get the underground metro system to anywhere in Budapest.

Happyflat was great! There are a few different size flats in the same building that are available and we were lucky to get one that was HUGE! It was like we had an entire hostel for just 2 people, with a large kitchen that had everything we needed to cook for us and our friend and a nice clean washroom with a washing machine in it to clean our clothes (no extra charge to use the washing machine) The main floor also had 2 sofa's in it, a large table that was big enough for at least 4 people to eat at, a TV and a bunk bed for 2 people. There was a loft bedroom on the next floor and it had 7 beds in it plus a TV and DVD player. This place was nicer than our house! We also appreciated things like the amplified speakers we could plug our MP3 player in to, clothes drying racks and coffee, tea and sugar in the kitchen.
The location is great, close to two metro stops, lots of places to eat and shop and a short walk to the Danube River. The owner, Csaba is very friendly and helpful and provided us with lots of information about what to see and do in Budapest. If you are looking for a place with all the comforts of home, I can not recommend Happyflat enough.
