Excellent place to stay, pay little and feel at home with other people. You can cook, share spaces. Nice overall, very friendly people.

At first I wasn't too impressed with this place, which had a couple of negative aspects. Firstly my "private room" which locked from the inside,didn't however from the exterior, although the owner gave me a couple of locks which I used to keep most of my"valuables" in a cupboard.Secondly, the mens' toilet didn't lock either, which led through to the shower. I commentated to the owner about these irregularities to which he responded by saying that there had not been any complaints, theft or problems in recent years.
The owners were very helpful with tours and information about the city and most people that stayed there at the same time as me told me they were satisisfied with it. Good place if you're not looking for privacy and your own space, otherwise forget it.

casa puebla is a small and lovely hostel placed very close to the bus terminal and in a decent range to the city. the 2bed room is big enough and not having a ensuite bathroom isnt a big deal as there are 2 bathrooms and not many people. the atmosphere is very inviting and warm. the kitchen is well equipped and you have wifi all over the place. overall we enjoyed our stay in this hostel. muchísimas gracias to daniel and claudia for this lovely stay and time we had in mendoza!

The owners of Casa Pueblo are very nice and helpful people with a good knowledge of the area. We felt very much at home in a very clean, quiet and well organized hostel.

Very nice hostel with very friendly people. They gave very good information about the city and what to do, where to go. We really felt like home, relaxed in a quiet location. Very recommendable !
