Very friendly and helpful staff, we were made to feel very welcome and at home.
A good location close to the bus station and train station, good for access to the cerros, but not in a pretty part of town. Nearby restaurants poor.
The hotel is kept spotlessly clean.
Breakfast is good, served on a communal table, sometimes there is not space to sit down when it is busy.
Small kitchens available to use to prepare food were a really useful facility. Also free internet use.

We are Marisa and Luis offer our clean and economic HOSTEL with best breakfast included in the price.

Next to Principal Avenue 'Pedro Montt close bus station, (only four block) , ideal for discovering the city on foot without the tipical noise from the heart of the city. near restaurants, supermarkets,cinema, post office, links metro train to Viña del Mar ...and to passenger cruise terminal VTP.

we have a Comfortable beds in spacious rooms with private bathroom (in suite ) .

and rooms without bathroom single rooms double rooms, twin rooms and dorms lockers provided.

Every rooms has cable TV , Free internet and ,WIFI, breakfast included , full guest kitchen. ....
