Esta es una crítica confiable. ¿Por qué?

La casa está muy sucia en general, el baño está muy destartalado y sucio, y en la habitación el colchón estaba plagado de hormigas.
A la hora de informarnos no fueron sinceros. Es verdad que los viajes que se organizan desde la casa "algunos" te salen más baratos que con otras compañías, pero si lo haces por tu cuenta no te sale más caro, ni es tan complicado como ellos te cuentan, ni los otros mexicanos te engañan, ni es tan difícil como lo pintan. Me han resultado muy aduladores con el fin de que te caigan bien, y contrates de esta forma los viajes con ellos, por su interés.
Hemos estado en muchos albergues y hostales en México y este ha sido el peor y más sucio con mucha diferencia.

El Hostel Casa Jardin es una familia que quiere recibir chabos a cuales les gustan tambien el ambiente familiar. Hay dos hijos muy lindos en la casa y sus papas son muy amables. El servicio esta muy muy bien. Le ofrecen un desayuno rico diario que esta incluido en el precio. Tambien pueden usar internet y la cocina durante todo el dia. El hostel se queda a dos cuadras del centro. Casi todo el pueblo se puede descubrir caminando del Hostel Casa jardin. Los cuartos son arreglados con mucho amor y el bano tiene agua caliente durante todo el dia. Si te gusta el ambiente familiar ese hostel es el mejor lugar para llegar en San Cristobal.

Im a female travelling alone in Mexico, and unfortunately I stayed in this hostel.
The second day I was there, I tried helping another guest find the light switch, and we accidentally turned off the modem. (which turned back on in a couple minutes).
The hotel lady, Erika, furiously started yelling at me and insulting me. She said she was going to call the police and her lawyer for this mistake. She kicked me out of her hotel, when it was pitch black at night, in the middle of the rain, when I was sick and had been feverish that afternoon. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through such an experience ever.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for about two weeks because we were doing a volunteering program. That means we were there long enough to give an accurate opinion of the place. This hostel is one of the best value options we have stayed at. It is a very affordable place, so you can be sure you will get the best out of your money. What I appreciated very much is the fact that it is a family-run hostel. Therefore, the environment is very friendly, they help you with questions you have and make you feel like at home. The family cares about the well-being of its guests. We would definitely come back to this place!!
