It is a really good place to stay, the staff is friendly, you get huge lockers for your stuff and there is a nice terrace on the top of the building where you can chill in the evenings while enjoying the view. The whole hostel is very clean, too. I would recommend it to anyone.

Rivoli Cinema Hostel se encuentra en el centro histórico de Oporto, a la derecha en la plaza más importante de la ciudad!! (1 minuto) - Avenida dos Aliados, donde se pueden encontrar calles llenas de monumentos, restaurantes, cafés, tiendas, supermercados, shoppings, lugares info turismo. Rivoli Cinema Hostel se encuentra justo en el centro cultural de Oporto, cerca de Coliseu, cines, teatros y galerías de arte. En la puerta se puede encontrar de metro, autobús, autobús de turismo, trenes, taxis y tranvía!
Desde aquí se puede visitar fácilmente las referencias más importantes de la ciudad como las Bodegas de Vino de Oporto, Torre de los Clérigos, Museo de Serralves y sus bellos jardines, ir a un concierto en la Casa da Musica, dar un paseo por los puentes, echa un vistazo a una la arquitectura local, visite el estadio del FC Porto, viajes en barco en el río Duero, donde podrá tomar excelentes fotografías y tomar una copa en uno de los muchos bares de Ribeira.
La vida nocturna es los alrededores del albergue, sólo tienes que elegir entre los cafés, clubes nocturnos, discotecas o bares donde podrás conocer a los estudiantes Erasmus y locales. Derecho a través de la calle tiene el Teatro Rivoli, donde se pueden ver los musicales y en febrero se puede asistir a uno de los mejores en el Festival de cine fantástico del mundo Fantasporto.
Usted puede elegir una habitación por un director o una película, y el interior de la habitación está decorada con cosas de la película. Usted puede encontrar películas de Tim Burton, Tarantino, Francis Ford Coppola, Almodóvar, Jean-Pierre Jeunet, Godard, Manoel de Oliveira, Steven Spielberg, Ridley Scott, Mira Nair, David Fincher, Fernando Meirelles, Stanley Kubrick, Sofia Coppola, y otros .
El albergue Cine Rivoli dispone de 12 habitaciones (camas individuales o dobles y 4 camas), 6 baños compartidos y 6 duchas comunes, cocina totalmente equipada, 1 sala de estar, donde podrá relajarse, tomar algo, leer libros y juegos, y un exterior de 180 m2 de espacio con una pequeña piscina, y donde se puede escuchar música, barbacoa, tomar el sol, fiesta, o simplemente charlar con los otros huéspedes. En el albergue se puede utilizar Internet WiFi gratis, y tiene mapas gratuitos, información turística y guías. Todas las camas están provistas de ropa de cama y una almohada. Toallas están disponibles en la recepción para alquiler o, alternativamente, usted puede traer el suyo propio.

Helpful staff. Bathrooms and kitchen cleaned everyday.
Fresh jam, milk, rolls. Unlimited access to the internet.
Room faced noisy street (bit of traffic).

Rua Dr. Magalhães Lemos, 83 - 1st floor.
You`ll find it between "Av. dos Aliados" and "Rua do Bonjardim", in the continuation of "Rua Passos Manuel".next to "D. João I" Square (it has two horse statues).
There is a big shoe shop in the ground floor, you will find us on the red door on the left.
If you are looking for the hostel location, just ask for the "Teatro Rivoli". The hostel is right across the Street, in front of the lateral door of the Rivoli Theater (large building painted in light gray).
Directions:
By metro:
Arriving from the Airport, you have to take line E to Porto. You can leave in Trindade station, and walk downhill through Aliados Avenue for 8 min, or you can change to line D, leave in the Aliados station (1st station after Trindade) and take the D. João I exit in the subway. At Aliados Avenue with the town hall on your back, take the first left to Dr. Magalhães Lemos Street, a few meters ahead you will find the Hostel in the red door at your right.
By train:
Arriving in Campanhã station (from Lisbon, Coimbra, etc) make sure your train ends in S. Bento Station. Otherwise, you will have to change to another line (normally number 2). The hostel is 200 m from S. Bento Station. If you take Bonjardim Street, when you see the D. João I Square, the hostel will be at the street on your left. Alternatively, if you are walking uphill through Aliados in the town hall direction, you will find us at the second street on your right, the first after Sampaio Bruno Street.
By bus:
If you are coming to Porto from an international line you will arrive at Internorte station at Praça da Galiza. Catch bus number 200 till Praça da Liberdade stop. Then walk uphill through Aliados in the town hall direction, you will find us at the second street on your right, the first after Sampaio Bruno Street.
Coming by Rede Expressos, when you get out the station turn right and go across the Batalha Square, continue through Santa Catarina Street, until you reach Passos Manuel Street. Turn left and continue downhill until you reach D. João I Square (it has two horse statues), then you will see the Rivoli Theater (large building painted in light gray), the hostel is right across the Street, in front of the lateral door of the Rivoli Theater.
