You must cancel or change your booking on this site youself! We can't make it for you even if you send the letter to us! You can change or cancel booking through your account on this site, for it you should register before booking or after.If you come to our hostel from another russian hostel/ city you should have original of registration from that place where you have been before. And keep your train or plane ticket from last city to Moscow. If you are not registered in Russia during 5 days so we have right to refuse in staying at our hostel even you have booking.
