good location in the heart of district 1...although the road itself is really noisy,the location is pretty convenient.staff of phan lan has been friendly to me,but is not the kind of guesthouse i prefer.good for a couple of days

Welcome to my Luan Vu and Phan lan guesthouses. My guesthouses located in the central district of Hochiminh city, it is the home for you who come to city for pleasure or business. Around my guesthouses have shops, bars, restaurants, banks, ATM's, tours bookings. 5 minutes to Ben Thanh market all within walking distance.
We have standard rooms with A/C, hot shower, bar, cable TV. Wifi internet at lounge and all rooms make you feel comfortable.
