The family was cordial and helpful. To future guests, I suggest you ask as much questions BEFORE you venture out into the city (for fares, pedicab rides, exchange rates etc.) to avoid getting ripped off. The madam in charge was so kind and accommodating. I am coming back to stay again a few nights on my way back to the Philippines!

A very nice hotel. Friendly, helpful staff and spotlessly clean sheets. Just off the main streets so quiet, yet perfectly positoned in the middle of the backpacker area. A very good choice for a few nights in HCMC.

Loan and her family are very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this place to anyone on a budget wishing to stay in the backpacker district.

If you want a place for rest after having seeing around this is the place for you since it's quite, and you can have a good sleep. The owner is also very helpful and friendly. But of course this is not a hotel for a family who has young kids (below 12 years). However, I would strongly recommended this hotel for you.

I like the location of this hotel. I took the 152 Bus from the airport and got off in front of the park, walk a few meters and found it right away. I only spent 6,000VND. The rooms are simple but clean, with hot and cold water system, Tv and ref, aircon and electric fan. They change the bed sheets everyday. They book our Cu Chi and Mekong Delta tours. The price is inexpensive. It is walking distance from Benh Than Market. There's a lot of eateries with in the vicinity. I would recommend this hotel for tourists who wants value for their money.

We've stayed at Thuan Duc when arriving at Saigon and returned for a 2nd stay before leaving Vietnam.
Rooms are very clean. The location is great. Although located in a vivid area it's surprisingly quiet.
We had problems with a non-functioning A/C. So we contacted the lady at the front desk and she had it fixed right away.

This is a great little guest house and central to all the sights. The guesthouse is very clean and the owner cannot do enough to help and to answer any questions you may have about HCMC and tours around the city. We would most definitely stay at this guesthouse again.

The situation of this hotel is O.k but the room wasn’t clean daily. We booked 1 day, at frist we thought this hotel might be fine for us and we also were lazy to pack our stuffs to move another hotel and we booked extra 3 more nights there. Then we realise our bed sheet didn’t change everyday.....just only on third day they put the new one on. The air-cond wasn’t cool, it just like a fan. Finally, it no have any value for money
I would recommend to everyone. The women in charge was an absolute doll- so kind and so professional.
