The 4 beautiful apartments are fully furnished and independent. All the apartments have private bathrooms, double bedrooms, well equipped kitchens, large living rooms, Satellite Tv, air conditioning , independent heating system and a quite sunny terrace is at your disposal at any time!!!
All the apartments have been refurbished on 2007 with great attention to style and details. Our english and spanish speaking staff will welcome you with a professional introduction to the art and entertainment of the Eternal city.
Free towels, linen and daily cleanings.
Wether you are a family or a couple escaping for a romantic holiday in Rome, Green Apartments will be your lovely stay at Coliseum!!!
The apartments are located in via Labicana N° 29;
we will not be there all the time so you must necessarily call us!!
Please advice immediately if you change your arrival time (if you don't you might loose your reservation!).
Payment will be in cash upon arrival. Cancellations must be notified with at least one week prior notice!
Check in opens at 11,30am!

Very easy to get to from Termini station (2 stops on Metro A toward Anangina, then a 5 minute walk on Via Mazzini/Via Labicana). Good area, and very close to supermarket, restaurant, etc. Safe area.
Owner was very personable, and sat down immediately to form an itinerary based on length of time in Rome. I followed it, and it was quite good.
Very clean.
The ONLY downside I can think of, is that there is no Wi-Fi. But there's a very reachable internet cafe next to the metro stop for 0.50euro/15 mins.
Fantastic location, attractive, clean, comfortable, quiet and relaxing apartment close to trains and within walking distance of heaps of attractions. Supermarkets, cafe's and restaurants were really close - Andrea's restaurant recommendations were spot-on!
We didn't have a washing machine in our apartment but apparently some of the other green apartments do - this would have been a bonus but there is a laudromat 10 minutes walk away (up Via Merulana if you're looking). There is an internet cafe across the road which was also really useful.
Andrea was really friendly and helpful - we would have stayed longer if the apartments weren't already booked out. Absolutely Recommended.

Overall every thing was exerlant the staff met us at the apartments which where easy to find, then sat down with us and told us the top places to go and the best little off the beaten track places to go, which where also easy to find, the location really is 300m from the collecium, we could see the collecium from the lounge and bedroom window of our apartment this was amazing! the apartments where very clean and tidy, for the location and size of the apartments the cost was nothing! i'd deffernately return! our apartment had a fully working kitchen, dining room, bathroom, bedroom and lounge, it was a very nice apartment!
The service was great, after giving us all the information we needed on our first day, we also had the mobile number of staff and was asured that if we were to need anything all we had to do was call!
the location of the apartments was perfect for the best way to see the city which is by foot, it was a great experance and i look forward to visiting Rome and hopfully the green apartment again.
