Welcome to Iquisa Hostal. We are a lovely,relaxed, quiet and familar atmosphered hostal, 10 minutes walking from the town center.
We are natives of the place.
In our hostel we have a kitchen where you can cook. If you want to make a fire or a BBC we also have this service. If you need help with these things we will always help where we can.Further we have a 'pick up' Service from the bus terminal where you will arrive to our hostal for free. An adiitional Service is the free internet using and the laundry service. Also you can rent bicycles in our hostal for making tours. For your relaxation we have hammocks which you can use.
If you have any questions in needing tourists informations or other things you can always ask and we will help you.

In general it is a good hostal.
It does not respect tariff as appears in website. Hostal ask for its own tariff even if you have booked with anticipation.
Free pick up service declared and confirmed via email have not been provided in fact.
I arrived 22.40 in San Pedro de Atacama and it tooks me 1,5 hours to find the Hostel, because in location is hard to find. Not even local can help with adress (puripica street).
When i find it approximately in midnight, nobody from staff was not there, but the doors to the reception were luckily open. Luckily because all other rooms were full or closed. I can't check in .. find some staff around , put it on the floor and try to sleep )))
Approximately an hour later the mother of owner came to the hostel, saw me, ask if i had a reservatiuon ( I had ! and already paid deposit thats why I did not want to look for other hostel !!! )))
She open one room and let me to sleep the rest of the night in a bed ....
After 2 days past i met the owner and he told me oabout the REASON WHY HE DID NOT MET ME ! THE REASON IS CARNIVAL !!! )))) So he was druck and forgot ot just could not drive to meet me )))
I recommend this hostel to everybody who wants adventures !!! )))

The owner was very nice and helpful.
It was 15 mins walk from the main plaza and the owner was happy to give us a lift and pick us up.
The hostel was still being developed, even though our room was nice and tidy, it was in front of the reception area where the work was being carried out. I imagine it will be a nice and clean hostel once all the work has done.

Roberto was very friendly, but the hostel is 15 minutes walk from the centre. The bathroom were not very clean especially in the morning. No breakfast included in the price.
