The hostel is located in the Palace quarter, in the heart of the city centre surrounded by historic buildings and historical monuments.The many sights (varied architectural styled palaces, churches, museums, spas etc...) are within walking distance.The area (and our Mikszath Square) is a pedestrian zone, with lots of outdoor cafes and restaurants .The hostel is situated in a safe neighbourhood. Helpful and informative , German and Hungarian speaking staff are ready to provide the guests with all the necessary information about Budapest and its surroundings. We kindly inform all our prospective guest that German and Hungarian communication is available at the hostel 24/7 while English is only available when our English speaking receptionist is in duty. Besides, all the important tourist information is available in English all the time - several of our previous reviews mention this fact. Guests can enjoy a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in bright, spacious, clean, loft type rooms with 2,3, 4, 6, beds.If you prefer party hostels we are probablynot the best choire for you.This is NOT A PARTY HOSTEL. Since, the hostel is children friendly, and there isn't any age restriction.No curfew - No lock-out !!!Parking is on street and in a nearbypaying underground parking garage(100 meters away) at the Pollach Mihly square, which is only 3 minutes walk.NEW:The check- out time is at 10:00 A.M. o'clock and the check-in time from 13:00 to 22:00 P.M.Sorry, we do not accept credit cards, you will pay with CASH on arrival and it is given in euros due to the frequent fluctuation of the Hungarian Forint.Please, note that if you arrive 2 hours later, than your original reservation time and you do not inform the hostel about it, you may risk that you lose your reservation with the deposit not being refunded!!!On arrival the guests are obliged to check in immediately.
