Large apartment only ten minutes from San Marks Square and Rialto area. A very good opportunity to live in a quite area and at the same time to be very close to the center of the city.

Around you plenty of stores, restaurants and markets. This apartment can host up to 6 guests. The first part of Casalagana consists of a hall with free internet and computer available, of a little but well equipped kitchen, microwave, oven and toaster , washing machine, stretch linen and iron. The corridor leads to three bedrooms with private bathrooms ' RENOIR, MONET and GAUGUIN' , two with double beds (with the possible addition of single beds) and one with two single beds. There is air conditioning and independent heating and tv.

.All rooms are decorated in Venetian style types, objects of murano and original paintings venetian There is air conditioning and independent heating and free internt with pc in the hall.

Payment can be made in cash or credit card

Cancellations are allowed free of charge up to 72 hours before arrival, after this term we will charge the first night as penalty

Esta es una crítica confiable. ¿Por qué?

It is hard to give a poor review as the people were very friendly to us but there are some areas that they can improve or you need to be aware of if you are going to book. We were there with young children so some of these things may not matter to you.
The arrival instructions need to be clearer as the phone line was very poor and we could not understand where they would meet us leading to 2 very frustrated chlidren hanging around in hot sun after a long journey. So get an exact location pinned down before you travel.

The person meeting us did not have anything obvious to say who or that he was with casa lagana (a clipboard or T shirt or something would have done the trick) so find out how you will recognise them. He was stood next to us for a while before we worked it out.

Location is brilliant, close to tourist things but also right next to fruit and veg shop, bakery, restaurants, etc. 5 minutes to San Marco and all vaporetto stops a Zaccaria (10 mins with the kids ... very good)

However, place was not clean (we dropped a pillow and it was covered in dust and dirt) plus kitchen is very worn with some damage and only 4 seats (not great if place is full - 8 people were there one day so standing room in kiitchen for breakfast). Also no adequate materials to wash up dirty dishes or any place to put rubbish once small bin is full.

The hot water kept going off during showering (2 minutes on then 2 off) so ask who to contact if there is a problem.

Also, was a bit noisy at night as boiler is next to bedrooms so makes quite a racket when other people are in kitchen or bathroom using hot water ... as we had little mkids they were in bed early when people were still up and about.

Air con unit in twin bedroom kept making a grinding noise every 3-4 minutes (even when turned off). Didn't find out until kids were in bed so too late to do anything.

However, these are things they can remedy if they read this and the big positives are that the bedrooms are large, having a kitchen is great and the location is perfect.

One final thing to watch out for ... and ask about ... the internet was not working at all and wasn't before we arrived not when we left. If this is important to you then check before you book.

As I say if you are young or all adults most of this won't matter to you but at least you are aware and can take things you need e.g. ear plugs.
