DON'T GO BY THE PHOTOGRAPHS they are out dated.
Location, more or less in the center, 15 min walk from the train station using Google maps, if you don't have a map I advise you to get one on arrival and 25 min walk to Piazza S. Marco.
The room was adequate, I had one on the top floor, not to noisy but sound dose travel. It was very basic and in need of painting and TLC though the bed was not to bad.
Only local TV and internet only in the lobby.
Breakfast was nothing to get excited about, coffee/tea (if your a tea drinker, the water is warm and the cups taste of coffee), juice and bread.
I was glad when my stay was up.
